Visa Process

For a UK Student Route visa you typically need: a valid CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) from your university, proof of English proficiency (IELTS/PTE), proof of financial funds (28-day bank statement showing at least £1,334/month for London or £1,023/month outside London), valid passport, and Tuberculosis test results (if applicable). Our team will prepare and verify every document.

The standard UK Student visa processing time is approximately 3 weeks (15 working days) after biometric submission. We recommend starting your application at least 3–4 months before your course start date to allow ample time.

We maintain a 98% visa success rate across all destinations. This is achieved through meticulous document preparation, thorough interview coaching, and our deep understanding of embassy requirements for each country.

Yes. On a UK Student visa, you can typically work up to 20 hours per week during term time and full time during official vacation periods. The exact conditions are specified on your visa and depend on your institution type.

Absolutely. We have a dedicated refusal-recovery team that analyses the refusal reasons, identifies weaknesses in the previous application, and builds a stronger reapplication. Many of our most successful cases are reapplications. Book a consultation and share your refusal letter for a free assessment.

Yes. We handle student visas for all major destinations including Canada (Study Permit), Australia (Student Visa Subclass 500), USA (F-1 Visa), Germany (National Visa), and more. Each country has a dedicated specialist on our team.

Admissions

Requirements vary by level and university. Generally, for an undergraduate degree, you need A-Levels or equivalent (e.g., FSc / FA with good grades). For postgraduate, a relevant bachelor's degree is required. Many UK universities accept students with a 2nd division or even third division if accompanied by strong other credentials. Our counselors will assess your profile honestly.

Choosing the right university depends on your academic background, career goals, budget, preferred location, and language requirements. Our counselors conduct a comprehensive profile assessment and shortlist universities best suited to your profile — balancing ambition with realistic acceptance probability.

We recommend starting at least 6–9 months before your intended course start date. This allows time for document preparation, application submission, receiving your offer letter, completing financial arrangements, and submitting the visa application well before deadlines.

Yes — many universities offer merit-based and need-based scholarships for international students. We help identify scholarship opportunities specific to your profile and assist with the scholarship application process. Popular options include Chevening (UK), Commonwealth Scholarship, and university-specific bursaries.

Yes. We handle the entire application process on your behalf — from completing the university application form and writing the personal statement to uploading documents and tracking the application status. You stay fully informed at every stage.

IELTS / PTE

Most UK universities require a minimum overall IELTS band of 6.0–6.5 for undergraduate programmes and 6.5–7.0 for postgraduate. Each individual band (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) typically needs to be 5.5 or 6.0 minimum. Some universities accept PTE Academic scores as an alternative.

Yes. We offer intensive IELTS and PTE preparation courses taught by certified trainers. Our courses cover all four modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) with mock tests, personalised feedback, and study materials. We have a 95% improvement rate for students who complete our full course.

Yes. PTE Academic is widely accepted by UK, Australia, Canada, and other universities as a valid English proficiency test. Some students find PTE easier to prepare for due to its computer-based format. Our trainers can advise which test suits your learning style better.

IELTS results are valid for 2 years from the date of the test. Most universities require your score to be valid at the time of visa application. If your score is about to expire, we recommend retaking the test early to avoid delays in your application.

Fees & Costs

Our service fees vary depending on the destination and package selected. The initial consultation is always free. For a detailed fee breakdown, please contact us directly — we believe in complete transparency with no hidden charges.

You need to show: one full year of tuition fees (as stated on your CAS) + living costs of £1,334/month in London or £1,023/month outside London for the duration of your course (up to 9 months). Funds must be held for at least 28 consecutive days before your visa application. Our team will calculate the exact amount for your situation.

Tuition fees for international students in the UK typically range from £10,000–£26,000 per year for undergraduate programmes and £12,000–£30,000 for postgraduate programmes. Our partner universities offer competitive fees, and we will match you with institutions that fit your budget.

We maintain a strict no hidden charges policy. All costs — including university application fees, visa fees, biometric fees, and our service charges — are communicated upfront. We also provide a comprehensive cost breakdown covering accommodation, living expenses, transport, and healthcare so you can plan your budget accurately.
